The First Collection is designed to be the newborn baby’s first toy and is also intended for premature babies.
When we think of the newborn baby, we mustn’t forget that one out of ten newborns are premature; therefore, we must bear in mind premature babies´ needs. They are babies who need smaller clothes, smaller nappies, and toys that will assist them as they grow.
Its design allows a very easy grip. Its lightness and thickness favour grip, similar to when the baby holds a parent’s fingers, providing a feeling of protection and security from the first days of the baby’s life.
Lanco Toys and Wanatoy have teamed up to develop the First Collection. The Wanatoy team is made up of professionals from the fields of neuropaediatrics, psychology, neuropsychology, speech therapy and physiotherapy, all of them experts in child development.
Their knowledge about the evolutionary needs of each stage of the baby provides added value to our products.
Each design takes into account aspects such as the type of grip, thickness, textures and colors to enhance different abilities depending on the type of toy we offer. In this way we favor experimentation as a basis for the baby’s learning.
